The Thirlcrest County Police Department are the law enforcement of Thirlcrest. They are the highest level of authority in the game and are responsible for the enforcement of the law around town.
Description
All officers are identified by their black or black and white uniforms and the fact as they appear as the red dots on the radar. The Police Uniform consists of a a dark jacket and trousers, with white shirts and black tie. Four of them usually wear dark blue police hats. All of them have a TCPD badge on their jackets. All four officers wear belts, which have cuffs and tasers on them. They carry pistols and aummtion, which they don't use.

Founded in 1978, the 56th Precinct of the Thirlcrest Country Police Department is located in the town near Thirlcrest Academy, and has jurisdiction over the entire area. It is the highest authority in the game, and has a very strict selection process before one can become an officer of it's ranks, including a grudging academy.
In most police departments, senior officer ranks (lieutenant-commissioner) often wear different colored uniforms than that of the regular officers (cadet-sergeant), and the TCPD is no different. Captain Hadley and Lieutenants Jameston & Farfield wear white uniforms with silver bars to distinguish their ranking (two for captain, one for lieutenant). Meanwhile, the sergeants of the department wear the regular darker colored officer's uniform, with the exception of two patches on the arms signifying their rank.
